Clayton is the Regional Manager for ConeTec's California operations, where he leads project execution and coordinates multidisciplinary teams. He ensures that all operations meet ConeTec’s high standards for safety, community engagement, production efficiency, and data quality. His expertise includes advanced techniques such as Cone Penetration Testing with pore pressure measurements (CPTu), Seismic Cone Penetration Testing (SCPT), Enviromental (HRSC, well installation, sampling), Overwater (CPT and drilling), and various site investigation tools and equipment including CPTu methods (Seismic, Resistivity), electric vane-shear (eVST), and flat-blade dilatometer (DMT).
